Service Description

This stroke improvement class is similar to a pre-team program and is designed for swimmers who are confident in the water and already know their swimming strokes. Focused on enhancing competitive swimming skills, this class will work on endurance, dives, technique, and more. It offers a supportive environment for swimmers to improve alongside their peers. This price/booking is for one swimmer's spot. Other swimmers will be added to this class.
